Ghana will, for the first time in the tournament, have all four of their central defenders available. Captain John Mensah is due to return from his suspension, after receiving a red card against Botswana.
Hoffenheim defender Isaac Vorsah is also back from suspension and could line up alongside John Painstil and Samuel Inkoom.
Guinea coach Michel Dussuyer has a full side to choose from, with no suspensions or injury concerns.
Four-time champions and favourites Ghana are on the verge of qualification, but they face a Guinean side who are also desperate to reach the last eight.
Victories over Botswana and Mali have put the Black Stars within a point of qualifying as group winners.
But Guinea, who are equal on three points with Mali, will advance to the quarter-finals if they can win.
Victory for the Guineans, along with a win for Mali, would put all three teams on six points and bring goal difference into the equation - with the Eagles needing a large goal swing ni their favour.
"Against Ghana it will be like a final," Guinea coach Dussuyer said.
"We have respect for them but we want to win, we want to qualify for the quarter-finals."
Ghana have, meanwhile, shrugged off any suggestions that the Black Stars players are feeling the pressure ahead of the group deciders.
"Everything is cool in the camp,'' said assistant coach Kwesi Appiah.
