
General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party, John Boadu has been elected as the Deputy Chairman of the Democratic Union of Association, an African alliance for all political parties belonging to the right wing of government
He was elected on Friday, September 25, 2020 at the Union’s 2020 congress.
John Boadu was the Deputy Chair for the union in West African before this elections.
The new chairman of DUA is the former presidential candidate of Namibia’s Popular Democratic Movement (PDM).
The Democratic Union of Africa also honored the President of Ghana, Nana Akufo-Addo for his leader in this COVID-19 era.
Mr. Boadu expressed his gratitude to the union for electing him as the Deputy Chairman of the union and promised to work hard in the advancement of democracy in the continent.
