The President, Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo has file past the body of former President Flt. Lt. Jerry John Rawlings.
He was accompanied by the Vice President, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia who also file past the body of the Ex-President.
Also with them were the First Lady and the Second Lady, Mrs Rebecca Akufo-Addo and Samira Bawumia respectively.
Former Presidents, John Agyekum Kufuor and John Dramani Mahama also go the opportunity to file past the body of JJ Rawlings.
The state funeral for the late President started with a requiem mass at the Holy Spirit Cathedral at Adabraka in Accra on Sunday and his body has been laid-in-state at the Accra International Conference Centre for people to pay their last respect to the former military ruler.
Tomorrow, January 27, 2021, a state burial service will be held at the Independence Square from 9:00 am to 11:00 am and then to the Military Burial Grounds for interment.
