President extends the wearing of face masks to December 14

Ghanaians are to keep wearing the face masks for three months, says the President, Nana Akufo-Addo after signing the Executive Instrument making the wearing of face mask lawful on September 14.

Addressing the country on the measures taken to deal with COVID-19, the President said ‘The wearing of masks has served us well in the fight against COVID-19. Let’s wear our masks and do so correctly anytime we are leaving our homes”.

COVID-19 cases in Ghana has dropped to 499 after 20 new cases were recorded.

Total number of COVID-19 case in Ghana is now  45,877 and 45,081 have recovered or discharged.
