Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong, has pleaded not guilty of contempt of court today.
Mr Agyapong was seen in a video saying unprintable words about a judge who was presiding over a land case involving him.
The MP took the dock after several attempt by his legal lawyers for him not to show up in the dock.
Presiding judge, Justice Amos Wuni insisted that the MP must appear in the dock and defend himself and additionally for the video to be played in court.
The case has been adjourned to Monday, September 28 for the MP to provide his support and also consequently for the court to give his ruling.
