Fanteakwa South MP Kofi Okyere Agyekum has actually hand over a police station as well as residential quarters to the Ghana Police Service at Bosuso in the Eastern Region.
The Director-General, Technical, POLICE Samuel Monney, who stood for the Inspector-General of authorities, Mr James Oppong-Boanuh, said thanks to the MP for Fanteakwa South and the government for the facility at an inaugural event.
He also cautioned “any group of persons intending to foment trouble before, during and after the 2020 elections to desist from such plans.”
POLICE Monney likewise alerted “those who normally launch reckless attacks on police stations and police personnel not to dare since the police administration will not tolerate such unwarranted behaviors.”
The Eastern Regional Police Commander, DCOP Edward Johnson Akrofi-Oyirifi said the local command, under his management, has put in place a number of security measures to curb the hazard, while advising all officers posted to the duty to keep the edifice clean and at all times.
