Chelsea, however has the highest of signings and still want to sign more. The Blues have signed some players like Timo Werner, Hakeem Ziyech, Kai Havertz and are hoping to get Senegalese goalkeeper Edouard Mendy.

The league starts with the match between the London rivals Arsenals and returnees Fulham. Liverpool looks forward to starting title defend with newcomers Leeds United. The first week ends with Chelsea playing against Brighton.

But the question is will Liverpool retain the title and if not which club will win the league title?
