Fr. Andrew Campbell conferred an Honorary Doctorate at UHAS

Rev. Fr. Andrew Campbell has been conferred with an Honorary Doctorate at the University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS) at Ho in the Volta Region on Friday, November 6, 2020.

Rev. Fr. Campbell was conferred by the management of the University in recognition of his humanitarian support services at the school’s 5th Congregation as founder of the Lepers Aid Committee.

Fr. Andrew Campbell was posted to Ghana in 1970 after his ordination as a missionary priest under The Society of the Divine Word and he later acquired a Ghanaian citizenship in 2013.

He is an Irish/Ghanaian missionary priest.

He is currently the parish priest of Christ the King Catholic Church in Cantonments.
