Highlife artiste, Akwaboah said that growing up he wanted to be a medical doctor.
Speaking on Citi TV’s Citi Countdown, the Matters of the Heart hitmaker said that “Apart from music, I wanted to be a doctor, but my maths wasn’t good enough.”
Akwaboah said he gave up his dream of becoming a medical doctor to focus on music.
Akwaboah actually comes from a family of musicians where his grandfather and father are musicians.
He is also a prolific songwriter and has written songs for artistes including SP Kofi Sarpong, Efya, Becca amongst others.
He recently released ‘Ensesa’ as part of his upcoming album, Lighthouse.
