The Inspector-General of Police, James Oppong-Boanuh will be addressing the country on the Police preparedness ahead of the polls in December.
At a press conference, the IGP will speak about some key security concerns emanating from the electioneering activities and what they have put in place to ensure a peaceful elections.
Mr. Oppong-Boanuh’s address comes after his tour throughout the country to get a first-hand information on how the Service is preparing towards the elections.
However, the Police in September said they will only deploy professional during the polls after embarking on a “confidence-building march”.
